Viking Seatech<\/p>

Viking SeaTech implemented SAP<\/span> B1 during 2012 to provide the business with a platform to control and monitor key processes and enable further corporate development and expansion.\r\n\r\nA key element of the implementation programme was intensive training of all system users according to the requirements of their job. To fulfil this important function and ensure a seamless transition to SAP<\/span> B1, Viking SeaTech engaged IT Training and Development Ltd (ITTD<\/span>), a company local to the Aberdeen area.\r\n\r\nWorking closely with the Implementation Manager, ITTD<\/span> developed a bespoke training programme and delivered on-site training at key phases according to individual needs. Training was undertaken in both of Viking SeaTech\u2019s Aberdeen offices (both Operating and Corporate) and in the Stavanger office.\r\n\r\nTraining was completed on schedule enabling SAP<\/span> B1 implementation targets to be successfully achieved in both Aberdeen and Norway \u2013 considered to be a major milestone in 2012.
